We started as a specialized technical team and grew into the reference laboratory for critical cases in DR and the Caribbean. From a family pendrive with photos to corporate servers with multi-TB volumes, our approach is the same: recover the recoverable, be honest about what cannot be done, and never make the customer's problem worse.

We operate a cleanroom for contamination-free opening of hard drives. We have the laboratory equipment required for every category of device:

Manufacturer-level firmware repair and reconstruction for HDDs and SSDs.
Recovery of enterprise SAS and SCSI server disks.
Advanced diagnostics and head replacement with in-stock donor inventory.
Professional imager for byte-by-byte cloning of drives in poor condition.
Filesystem and RAID array reconstruction in a virtual environment without touching original disks.
Soldering station and chip-off for flash memory, SSDs, and smartphones.

Fixed quote before we touch your device.
Transparent intake: RD$ 1,500–5,000 for HDD/SSD per plan, RD$ 4,500 per RAID array; flash memory, smartphones, and tablets check in free.
Service fee only if we recover. The intake covers the technical diagnostic and is non-refundable.

One of the highest rates in the LATAM industry, documented case by case. For common failures (logical, standard physical, typical RAID) the rate exceeds 99%. For extreme failures (fire, saltwater, severe physical damage) it drops, but we keep trying with honesty about the probabilities.
