I understand that on receipt of the device a lab intake fee applies (RD$ 1,500–5,000 for HDD/SSD per plan, RD$ 4,500 for RAID; free for memory cards and phones) which covers the technical diagnostic and is non-refundable. The recovery service fee is only charged if data is recovered.
