International data recovery shipping

We receive devices from the United States, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, and South America. You ship with your courier; we handle the diagnostic, customs guidance, and secure return of your device and data.

📨 How it works

  1. Complete the online check-in (device, failure, photos) — it opens your case.
  2. Ship the device with your courier of choice (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS).
  3. We receive at the lab, diagnose, and send a fixed quote via WhatsApp/email.
  4. You pay via international bank transfer or card payment link (USD).
  5. We return the device and the recovered data to the address you indicate.
