Lab intake fee
A non-refundable lab intake fee applies on receipt: RD$ 1,500–5,000 for HDD/SSD, RD$ 4,500 for RAID. Free for memory cards and smartphones. Covers diagnostic. If we cannot recover, you only pay the intake fee.
If your drive requires spare or donor parts (heads, motor, PCB, etc.), the cost of those parts is added to the service. We always inform you of the exact amount and get your approval before proceeding — there are never surprise charges.
Media-to-media copy / cloning
Is your device working and you just need to move the data to another drive or memory? We do a full copy/clone from one device to another (this is not recovery). You provide the target media or we quote it separately.
