- ●Chosen plan: Basic (15–25 days), Standard (4–7 days), or Urgent (1–72 hours)
- ●Extra RD$ 10,000 if the mechanical drive was opened outside a cleanroom (does not apply to SSD/M.2 which are electronic)
- ●Lab intake on receipt: RD$ 1,500 (Basic/Standard) or RD$ 5,000 (Urgent)
- ●After-hours Special Service: +30% over Urgent
Frequently asked questions
My disk is clicking. Can I keep trying? ▾
NO. Every power-on with damaged heads scratches the magnetic platters further. Power off the drive and bring it to a professional lab. The first attempt has the highest probability of success.
My drive is not detected in BIOS. Is it recoverable? ▾
In most cases yes. It could be a PCB, firmware, or head failure. The diagnostic determines exactly what happened and the probability of recovery.
How long does recovery take? ▾
Logical issues: typically 24-48 hours. Drives with head or physical repair: 5-10 days. Complex RAIDs: up to 15 days. We give an exact ETA after diagnostic.
What about drives that were dropped? ▾
Power it off immediately and do not connect it again. The impact may have misaligned the heads. Any further attempt makes the damage worse. Bring it in as soon as possible.
Can you recover data from BitLocker-encrypted drives? ▾
Yes, if we have the recovery key or password. Without the key, BitLocker is mathematically unbreakable. If you have Active Directory, the key is usually backed up there. In cases where BitLocker locked due to a system fault (power outage, blue screen, failed update), we have about a 30% success rate — but the diagnostic is required to confirm feasibility in your specific case.
Do you recover RAID server disks? ▾
Yes. We have a dedicated RAID service. Important: do NOT try to rebuild the RAID or swap disks before talking to us — you can destroy the data.
